The object of the contract is the provision of surveillance and security services for the headquarters building of the National Center for Working Conditions in Barcelona, for a period of 12 months, in order to guarantee the security of people, assets and facilities, as well as the normal development of the activities carried out at the center.

La necesidad que se pretende satisfacer mediante el presente contrato es garantizar, de forma ininterrumpida, la seguridad de las personas, de los bienes y de las instalaciones del Centro Nacional de Condiciones de Trabajo de Barcelona, teniendo en cuenta que estas actividades, de conformidad con el artículo 5 de la Ley 5/2014, de 4 de abril, de Seguridad Privada, únicamente pueden ser prestadas por empresas de seguridad privada. Por ello, resulta necesaria la contratación de los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad para garantizar la prestación continuada y adecuada de dichas funciones durante la vigencia del contrato.
