Este servicio resulta imprescindible debido a la insuficiencia de personal propio para cubrir turnos de tardes, nocturnos, festivos y situaciones de urgencia, siendo esencial para preservar la operatividad portuaria, la seguridad de personas y bienes y la continuidad de la actividad portuaria, mediante intervenciones que permitan resolver las posibles incidencias surgidas.
