Wij nodigen u graag uit om een inschrijving in te dienen voor de dienstverlening voor Citrix beheer. De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om een leverancier te contracteren die het bestaande hybride Citrix-platform van de Universiteit Utrecht professioneel remote kan beheren, daarover kan adviseren en gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst op ons verzoek uitbreidingen of wijzigingen aan het platform kan doorvoeren. Feitelijk is het de bedoeling dat de (nieuwe) leverancier de “as-is” situatie overneemt van onze huidige leverancier. Wij schatten de totale kosten in op € 2.000.000,- exclusief btw over de maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst. Hiervan is € 50.000,- exclusief btw gereserveerd voor de transitie. De schatting is gebaseerd op onze huidige uitgaven en een marktanalyse. U kunt aan deze inschatting geen rechten ontlenen.
