… during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS will begin on 30 September 2026, after the start-up phase, and will end on the expiry of the DPS. Contracts may run until 30 September 2032 at the latest. By way of derogation from the above, the contract shall remain in force in other respects as long as the products acquired on the basis of the contract are used to purchase the services covered by the dynamic purchasing system (e.g. maintenance and servicing services or recycling services). SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 150 000 000 (excluding VAT).
