… 'Subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system'. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit a request to participate. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the period of validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among candidates approved for DPS through internal tendering procedures within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 16 September 2026 and ends at the end of the period of validity of the DPS. The duration of the contract may not exceed eight (8) years and may not exceed 31 December 2034. Orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the contract. However, the duration of the contract may not exceed 31 December 2042 if, for products covered by a dynamic purchasing system, the services covered by that dynamic purchasing system (such as repair services) are purchased. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 40 000 000 (excluding VAT). Electronic TRADE Electronic auctions can be used for internal competitions within DPS.
