What the buyer is looking for

… the methodology of nationally determined uniform wage values measurement. The municipality wants to work with a fixed group of wage value experts because this benefits cooperation with the municipality’s wage value experts – but also the provision of services to employers. The municipality of The Hague works with the wage values measurement system of Competensys. The contractor to whom the contract will be awarded will have to take care of being able to work with Competensys' wage values measurement system and the possible costs associated with it. The same applies with regard to any further training that may result from this, etc . The Contractor will carry out the wage values measurements on location and work in systems of the Client (Competensys). The municipality wants to conclude an agreement on the basis of an obligation to achieve a result, to carry out wage values measurements with the optimal result, that is to say, to complete as much as possible in accordance with the employment situation, for the Municipality of The Hague. The assignment does not therefore concern the secondment or hiring of staff.
