… the City Council for assignment to the service, will become part of the object of this contract, after modification of the contract in the terms established in Article 290 and Title I Chapter I Section 3ª Subsection 4ª of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts transposing into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 (hereinafter LCSP). In any case, the concessionaire will be assigned, in the terms established in this clause, exclusively the facilities of municipal ownership, for which, once the contract has been awarded, a detailed inventory of the facilities will be drawn up within a maximum period of three months, which are made available to the concessionaire and which will be signed by the latter and by the City Council.
