What the buyer is looking for

Framework agreements with purchase orders concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2161-13 and R. 2161-14 of the Public Order Code. Framework agreements shall be concluded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2027. They are then tacitly renewable three times for periods of 12 months, under the conditions laid down in the CAPC. They shall be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of EUR 150 000 excluding VAT per lot, i.e. EUR 600 000 excluding VAT per lot over the total duration of the framework agreements. Each of the lots is a single awardee. Prices shall be unitary and subject to revision in accordance with the conditions laid down in the CCAP.
