The volumes of individual public contracts awarded in the DNS are also dependent on the operational needs of the central contracting authority and individual delegating contracting authorities, and their number can range from units to hundreds of units in a specific public contract. 3.10 The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS and its technical conditions will always be defined in detail in the individual invitations to tender pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. 3.11 Within the framework of public contracts awarded in the DNS, the central contracting authority is entitled to request the submission of a tender in the form of an electronic catalogue pursuant to Section 215 of the Act.
