What the buyer is looking for

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of various types of laboratory supplies for the needs of the Specialised Hospital for Active Treatment of Hematological Diseases EAD (SBALHZ EAD). The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are estimated and do not create obligations for the Contracting Authority to assign them in the estimated volume. The actual execution of the public procurement is determined on the basis of the admission of patients and the prognosis of SBALHZ EAD for the laboratory supplies needed by the medical institution. Кандидатите следва да притежават валидно разрешение за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издадено от Изпълнителна агенция по лекарствата (ИАЛ) или друг документ, удостоверяващ правото им да търгуват с медицински изделия, издаден от компетентен орган на друга държава членка или на друга държава страна по Споразумението за Европейското икономическо пространство или на Конфедерация Швейцария, съгласно чл. 77, ал. 1 или ал. 2 от Закона за медицинските изделия (или чл. 78а от ЗМИ).Ако кандидата е производител, установен на територията на Република България на оферираните от него медицински изделия, може да извършва търговски сделки с произведените от него изделия без разрешение за търговия на едро с медицински изделия (чл. 77, ал. 2 от ЗМИ). При подаване на заявлението кандидатът декларира съответствието с това условие с попълване на съответната графа на образеца на ЕЕДОП, Част IV. „Критерии за подбор”, буква А: „Годност”, поле: „Вписване в съответен професионален регистър“. Доказване: Преди сключване на договор за обществена поръчка, Възложителят ще изиска от участника, избран за изпълнител да представи копие на валидно разрешение за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издадено от ИАЛ или друг документ, удостоверяващ правото на участника да търгува с медицински изделия, издаден от компетентен орган на съответната държава, в съответствие с чл. 77, ал. 1 от Закона за медицински изделия (ЗМИ).

Minimum annual turnover

Всеки кандидат трябва да е реализирал минимален общ оборот за последните три приключили финансови години, в сферата, попадаща в обхвата на поръчката, който тригодишен оборот следва да е в размер на 200 000,00 лева. Съгласно чл. 62, ал. 3 от ЗОП, информацията може да обхваща и по-кратък период в зависимост от датата, на която участникът е създаден или е започнал дейността си. При подаване на заявлението кандидатът декларира съответствие с поставения критерий, като попълва част IV, раздел Б „Икономическо и финансово състояние“, поле: „ Общ годишен оборот “от ЕЕДОП. Доказване: Документи за доказване (представят се само при условията на чл. 67, ал. 5 и 112, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП): - Справка за оборота в сферата, попадаща в обхвата на поръчката за последните 3 (три) приключили финансови години, в зависимост от датата на която участникът е учреден или е започнал дейността си. - Копия на годишните финансови отчети или техни съставни части, когато публикуването им се изисква от законодатеството на държавата, в която участникът е установен.
