… obtain high-quality service through a flexible and simple procedure. The DPS DPS shall be valid until 30 November 2029, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that around 25 calls for tender will be published within the DPS between 2024 and 2029. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which may change significantly even when the need for competitive tendering becomes clearer later. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimated the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at approximately EUR 450 000, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The DPS may be temporarily closed during the duration of the DPS. When the DPS is closed, individual purchases cannot be made within the DPS. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract. It shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. The DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes.
