… - Wash and cleaning product containers and dispensers With this dynamic purchasing system, HUS aims to procure detergents, cleaning and disinfectants and accessories for which the current contract period is coming to an end or which have not been taken into account in the contracts currently in force, or for which the need for procurement has arisen unexpectedly due to changed needs or care practices. In addition to the HUS Group (HUS), products tendered through the dynamic purchasing system can be purchased for the Finnish Defence Forces in the following YTA areas: Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county, South Karelia wellbeing services county, Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county and the following HUS Group owner members: City of Helsinki, Eastern Uusimaa wellbeing services county, Central Uusimaa wellbeing services county, Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county and Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county. The wellbeing services counties involved are defined separately in each internal tendering procedure. The "Drying, cleaning and disinfecting products and supplies for plant and equipment maintenance (DPS)" dynamic purchasing system shall be valid until 31 May 2028 unless it is shortened or extended by a separate declaration. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that 10-40 tenders will be published within the DPS between 2024 and 2028. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly even when the need for competitive tendering and the grouping of products becomes clearer later. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimated the total value of the DPS for the contract period at approximately EUR 20 000 000, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. A contract awarded on the basis of an internal tendering procedure may continue for a fixed term or for an indefinite period even after the end of the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract. It shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. HUS reserves the right to purchase detergents, cleaning agents, disinfectants and accessories outside this dynamic purchasing system, if necessary.
