The HUS group sets up a dynamic purchasing system (‘DPS’) for the purchase of clinical neurophysiology equipment and specialised supplies. The products to be procured are defined in more detail in each DPS internal tendering procedure. We request requests to participate in HUS 276-2024 Clinical Neurophysiology Devices and Special Supplies DPS Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter also referred to as DPS). As a rule, different products are purchased from the system for use in specialised medical care. … high-quality equipment, supplies and products to support patient care through a flexible and simple procedure. In addition to HUS, products tendered through the procurement system can also be purchased for the participating wellbeing services counties (Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county, South Karelia wellbeing services county, Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county, City of Helsinki, Eastern Uusimaa wellbeing services county, Central Uusimaa wellbeing services county, Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county and Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county). Clinical Neurophysiology Special Supplies DPS DPS is valid until 31.12.2029, unless shortened or extended by a separate notification. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that 5-15 competitive tenders will be published within the DPS between 2024 and 2029. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly even when the need for competitive tendering and the grouping of products becomes clearer later. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at a maximum of EUR 10 000 000, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. Internal tendering may also be carried out by electronic auction. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract. It shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. The DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes.
