What the buyer is looking for
The City of Lohja requests requests requests to participate in transport services. A contract notice establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). All candidates fulfilling the suitability requirements will be admitted to the DPS. Enrolment in the system is not binding on the candidate. Candidates can choose which competitions to participate in within the system. The transport tasks that are the subject of the procurement are the city of Lohja's various charter and other drives for the needs of the profit areas, for which there are no other procurement contracts. Regular statutory transport services (e.g. school transport) are therefore not covered. Transports include, for example, educational, study and study trips for city personnel and elected officials, as well as trips for educational services, such as early childhood education, basic education, upper secondary general education…

… and youth services. The services to be procured and their detailed requirements will be specified separately in each invitation to tender. As a rule, transports depart from the area of the City of Lohja, but in some cases the starting point may also be elsewhere. Transportation can be by taxi or bus depending on the amount transported. The DPS consists of two phases: 1. A dynamic purchasing system shall be established. Participants can register. 2. The transports to be procured under the dynamic purchasing system will be put out to tender within the system. All candidates satisfying the suitability requirements may join the dynamic purchasing system for its entire duration and all candidates admitted to the system may submit tenders. The suitability conditions set out in the procurement documents must be fulfilled throughout the procurement period. The subscriber may reduce or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a contract notice. There are approximately 40-50 small tenders per year within the system, and there may be more than one tender.
