HUS Group requests applications to participate in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for plant maintenance machinery and equipment. Requests to participate in a dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. The dynamic purchasing system shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. Actual procurements are made through internal competitive bidding within the DPS, which describes and specifies the subject matter of the procurement. The dynamic purchasing system for plant maintenance machinery and equipment shall be valid until 31 December 2030, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that 9-30 tenders will be published within the DPS between 2025 and 2030. This amount is a preliminary estimate that can change significantly even when the need for procurement becomes more specific during the period of validity of the DPS. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at a maximum of EUR 3 000 000, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined by internal tendering. You can apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the Criteria for the subject of the contract.
