The purpose of this joint procurement is to provide housing services for the disabled to Hansel Oy's customers. The subject of the joint procurement is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 "Subject of the procurement". During the duration of the joint procurement, any interested service provider may submit a request to participate. Joint procurement shall be valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the period of validity of the joint procurement. All Hansel Oy customers referred to in the Hansel Act, virtually all wellbeing services counties and the City of Helsinki are entitled to use the joint procurement. … which may take place during the entire procurement phase of the joint procurement. After the start-up phase, the procurement phase of the joint procurement starts on 31 December 2024 and ends at the end of the duration of the joint procurement. The maximum duration of the contract is six (6) years. Contracts may be valid for a maximum of six (6) years after the end of the joint procurement, provided that the duration of the contract does not always exceed six (6) years. Orders placed on the basis of a contract may last longer than contracts. The total estimated value of the joint procurement does not exceed EUR 750 000 000 (excluding VAT). All service providers interested in the joint procurement may request the right to participate in the joint procurement throughout the duration of the joint procurement. The application and approval procedure are described in Chapter 2 of Annex 2 'Operational model for joint procurement' to the request to participate.
