HUS Group requests applications to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for equipment maintenance machinery and related equipment. The contracting entities involved in the DPS are described in more detail in the Other Information section. … used. Requests to participate in a dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. The dynamic purchasing system shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. Actual procurements are made through internal competitive bidding within the DPS, which describes and specifies the subject matter of the procurement. Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) hardware packages: 1. Washing and disinfecting machines - Washing and disinfecting machines suitable for washing, rinsing, disinfecting and drying all instruments, cavity instruments, sterilising containers and other hospital equipment used in hospital and dental care. 2. Autoclaves - Autoclaves suitable for sterilizing instruments, sterilizing containers and other accessories used in hospital surgery or other activities (with sufficient clean steam). 3. Ultrasonic scrubbers - Especially suitable for the washing and thermal disinfection of cavity and cannula-like instruments, ultrasonic scrubbers (thermal disinfection with ultrasound and water and detergent solution pumped through the instruments. 4. Wagon washing machines - Wagon washing machines suitable for washing and disinfecting sterilising containers, instruments, transport trolleys, transport boxes and other hospital equipment. 5. Drying cabinets - Drying cabinets suitable for drying care supplies. 6. Hot seams Each set of equipment also includes related accessories. Applications to participate may be submitted in one or more areas and tenders may be submitted in one or more internal calls for tender. The dynamic purchasing system for equipment maintenance machines shall be valid until 30 April 2029, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that there will be an estimated maximum of around 10 calls for tenders within the DPS in 2025 and in 2026-2029, in line with the needs that will be specified later. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimated the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at a maximum of EUR 12.5 million, taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. However, HUS stresses that internal tendering will begin at the beginning of May 2025, according to a preliminary estimate (at least section 4), which is why HUS recommends that suppliers interested in the procurement submit a request to participate as soon as possible. Participation in intra-DPS tenders is excluded unless the supplier is admitted to the DPS. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement.
