The object of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is telecommunications network equipment and related accessories and services for Hansel Oy's customers. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in the annexes "Subject matter and conditions of the dynamic purchasing system " and "Services and their minimum requirements". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit a request to participate. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the period of validity of the DPS. … June 2025, after the start-up phase, and will end on the expiry of the DPS. Contracts may run until 30 June 2032 at the latest. However, by way of derogation from the above, the duration of the contract may not exceed 30 June 2042 in so far as it relates to services procured on the basis of a dynamic purchasing system (e.g. maintenance and servicing services, recycling services or products acquired through a service model). The terms of this dynamic purchasing system shall continue to apply to the contract until the end of the contract. For greater certainty, the provision of the services referred to in this paragraph or the procurement by means of a service model shall be the subject of a public contract before the end of the dynamic purchasing system. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 150 000 000 (excluding VAT). The customer may use electronic auctions in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016) when purchasing the products and services referred to in this dynamic purchasing system.
