… framework of an individual needs assessment. The subject-matter of the contract shall be determined by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system. The object of the procurement covers processor-controlled prostheses, such as: - processor-controlled upper arm prosthesis - processor-controlled forearm prosthesis - processor-controlled thigh prosthesis - children's processor-controlled upper arm prosthesis - children's processor-controlled elbow prosthesis - renewal/replacement of the fist of the children's processor-controlled prosthesis The products to be procured are specified in more detail in each competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system. Acquisition through internal tendering may also include a test period, on the basis of which a decision is made on the acquisition of a possible prosthesis, as well as spare parts and maintenance for the prosthesis to be acquired. The goal of HUS Assistive Instrument Centre is to procure high-quality, individually manufactured prostheses and related services to support patient care through a flexible and simple procedure. The dynamic purchasing system for process-controlled prostheses is valid until 03.12.2028, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that 10-20 internal calls for tender will be published within the DPS per year. The number is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly depending on the individual needs of patients at the HUS Assistive Equipment Centre. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates the total value of the entire duration of the DPS at a maximum of EUR 3.500 000, taking into account all purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or modified during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate procurement contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. You may apply to participate in a dynamic purchasing system if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the section 'Other terms and conditions' and 'Criteria for the subject of the contract' of this notice of participation. The dynamic purchasing system shall include all candidates who meet the suitability requirements. The DPS is described in more detail in this call for participation and its annexes.
