Jos osallistumishakemus tehdään ryhmittymänä, vaatimus koskee ryhmittymän kaikkia jäseniä. Jos ehdokas käyttää voimavarayksiköitä, tulee kaikkien voimavarayksiköiden täyttää vaatimus. When this buyer has awarded in this sector, usually 5 or more bids came in. Many compete here — price and references decide. (Based on 49 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)
This procedure allows 1071 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 32 (median of 1,452 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.
In Finland · IT services, 51 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 4,856 recorded awards) — mostly from France, United States, Germany.
Submission language: Finnish.
Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
We pull data from millions of notices. If the link here does not work, report it — we will find the right one.
