By that notice, the HUS group establishes a dynamic purchasing system (‘DPS’) for the supply of foodstuffs. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes. The products to be procured are defined in more detail in each DPS internal tendering procedure. The DPS shall be valid until 31 December 2035, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. At the time of publication of the request to participate, HUS estimates that between 5 and 15 tenders will be published within the DPS between 2025 and 2035. … taking into account any purchases made in the DPS. This estimate is preliminary and based on the currently known need for procurement. HUS does not undertake any purchase quantities or tie-in obligations with this notice. Requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system may be submitted for the entire duration of the system. It shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended while the dynamic purchasing system is in force. The actual procurement shall be carried out by means of internal competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which shall describe and specify the subject matter of the procurement. A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal tendering procedure. The contract period is defined in internal tendering separately on a case-by-case basis. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is open to all candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
