… interested candidates may submit a request to participate. The DPS shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is suspended or amended during the period of validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among candidates approved for DPS through internal tendering procedures within DPS, which may take place during the entire procurement phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of the DPS will begin after the start-up phase on 10 June 2026 and will end at the end of the DPS's period of validity. The duration of the contract may not exceed eight (8) years and may not exceed 31 December 2034. Orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the contract. By way of derogation, the duration of the contract may not exceed ten (10) years from the end of the dynamic purchasing system in so far as the products covered by the dynamic purchasing system are supplied with services covered by that dynamic purchasing system, such as repair services. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PROJECT SYSTEM The total estimated value of the DPS does not exceed EUR 20 000 000 (excluding VAT). Electronic TRADE Electronic auctions can be used for internal competitions within DPS.
