1. The subject of contracts successively awarded under the DSZ will be the supply of IT equipment. 2. The contracting authority envisages awarding 1 larger contract each year (approx. 500 monitors, 400 computers, 50 portable computers, 450 access licenses) and 1-2 smaller orders during each quarter. The award of contracts will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and the resources at its disposal. 3. The Ordering Party estimates the total amount of equipment ordered as: 1) Computer monitors – 1 600 pcs. 2) PCs with operating system – 1,020 PCs 3) AiO computers - 400 pcs. 4) Portable computers with operating system - 280 pcs. 5) Access licences (DEVICE CAL) – 1 700 6) Document scanners - 150 pcs. 4. The contracting authority may request clarifications concerning the evidence submitted. 7. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point. 8 of the PPL Act. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for an on-site visit. 9. Execution of the contract does not require employment on the basis of an employment contract. 10. The contracting authority does not require the employment of persons referred to in Art. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Act 11. The contracting authority does not require that only economic operators referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act may apply for the award of a contract. 12. The Contracting Authority shall not object to the Contractor's obligation to perform key tasks in person.
