DAS hire staff ISNV

DAS inhuur personeel ISNV — original title

NLNetherlands · Ermelo
Dynamic purchasing system. Suppliers can join at any time; the date shown is the end of the system, not a submission deadline. Individual contracts are later awarded among admitted participants only.

Your path to submission

  1. Deadline for requests to participate: 1 February 2029 at 17:00 — 824 days left. Two-stage procedure: by this deadline you submit a request to participate (proof of eligibility). Only shortlisted firms are then invited to submit a tender.
  2. You submit on TenderNed — not here and not by e-mail. ↗ Submission via TenderNed with an eHerkenning account — issuance for foreign firms can take time; apply early. Sort out account and signature first — not on submission day.
  3. Offer and evidence in: Dutch.
  4. Collect your evidence — the eligibility requirements are listed on this page; for many of them the analysis explains how to obtain them.
Compiled automatically from notice and documents — no guarantee; the procedure's wording is binding.

What the buyer is looking for

Since 1 February 2019, ISNV has been operating a Dynamic Procurement System (DAS) for the hiring of personnel via the Negometrix3 procurement platform. Mercell (formerly Negometrix) has indicated that support for the procurement platform 'Negometrix 3' will cease as of October 2023. For this reason, the tender '94149 DAS hire personnel ISNV' was transferred to the new tender platform 'Mercell Source-to-Contract' under this tender 'T43170 DAS hire personnel ISNV'. In order to limit the workload of already authorised suppliers as much as possible, an own questionnaire has been drawn up for this. If you want to register as a new supplier for our DAS hiring staff, you must fill in the questionnaire for 'new suppliers'. … Annex D - Concept hire agreement Annex E - Concept contract for hiring self-employed persons Annex F - Purchase conditions ISNV For any support, please refer to: https://help.negometrix.com/en/support/solutions/9000116719 Or contact the Mercell helpdesk. ISNV regularly needs external hiring of various expertise and capacity. These are usually positions at HBO/WO level from scale 9 (CAR-UWO) and higher. To fulfil this need, ISNV has chosen to set up a DAS. ISNV invites interested parties (both companies and freelancers) to register and register for the various disciplines within this DAS (for the disciplines see § 1.3.2). Purchasing cooperation Noord-Veluwe (ISNV) consists of the following participants: municipalities of Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten, Zeewolde, Sociale Dienst Veluwerand, Omgevingsdienst Noord-Veluwe, Regio Noord-Veluwe and the joint regulation Meerinzicht. Because the professionalization of the purchasing function has become extensive and important, the participants of the ISNV have decided to work together in the field of purchasing. By bundling quantities and sharing knowledge and costs, purchasing advantages arise within this collaboration. The following participants INSC participate in this call for tenders: the municipalities of Ermelo, Harderwijk, Zeewolde and the Common Meerinzicht Regulation. The municipalities of Putten, Nunspeet and Elburg reserve the right to join during the duration of the DAS. With the DAS, the participating municipalities within ISNV want to be able to attract expertise in a flexible manner at certain times, while respecting the procurement rules. Transparency and competition in the hiring of external parties are key elements. The DAS is established for a period of two (2) years (1 February 2021), with eight (8) extensions of one (1) year. The envisaged effective date of the Agreement is 1 February 2019. Extension DAS hiring 4th extension from February 2024 to 1 February 2025.
