What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this qualification system is to pre-select throughout its validity the economic operators capable of supplying the tele-operating equipment known as "TEX equipment", consisting mainly of RTUs and/or Sensors, installed in various GRDF structures, in particular in the Network Standby Station (PDR) or in the Delivery Station (PDL), as described in the document "Qualif NEW TEX_Context and description of the equipment". The Tele-Operation of the network constitutes an aid to the operation-maintenance by a fast and qualified information (tele-alarms and telemetry) intended to anticipate or even avoid the interruption of the supply to our customers and to prevent incidents (overpressure, etc...).
