What the buyer is looking for
Within the framework of the open house procedure, the client intends to conclude framework agreements with all suitable service providers for the provision of prevention measures in non-company and company living environments in accordance with §§ 20 ff SGB V. The Framework Agreement will run until 31.12.2027. Accession is possible at any time, provided that the basic and additional qualifications of the service provider and the specialists employed by him (employees) meet and prove the quality criteria according to §§ 20 and 20a and 20b SGB V in conjunction with the guideline Prevention of the GKV-Spitzenverband of 21 June 2000, as amended, as well as the additional qualifications of the client.
