… accession or conclusion of a contract can take place within the 24-month period at the first of each month. There is a right of termination 6 weeks at the end of each month in accordance with the provisions of the contract. Further information on termination options can be found in the contract documents. The AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse reserves the right to replace the non-exclusive Open House discount contracts with exclusive discount contracts during the contract period within the framework of Europe-wide tender procedures. With the entry into force of advertised, exclusive discount contracts, the Open House contracts are terminated in accordance with the contractual regulation, i.e. the Open House contracts end automatically. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the contract documents from the mentioned contact address. Contracts for the above-mentioned active substance will be concluded for the first time with effect from 01.05.2025. Interested parties who would like to become contractual partners on this date must submit the contractual documents to the AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse by 31.03.2025. Access to the AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse is essential. Note: The first award in this procedure shall be made no earlier than 10 calendar days after the publication of this EU notice in the Official Journal. Later contracts can be concluded during the 24-month maximum term at the first of each month. In the case of interested parties who wish to become contractual partners on these subsequent dates, the receipt of the contract documents, including the annexes, must be submitted no later than the end of the month preceding the previous month of the desired start of the contract (e.g. receipt 30.04. at the start of the contract 01.06.). The exact deadlines for receipt will be announced with the contract documents. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Coordination Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council or of public procurement law. Publication in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union shall be carried out in order to ensure as much transparency as possible as regards the intended conclusion of contracts. In the absence of a publication form, the contract notice shall be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedural designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. A further meaning, in particular a submission to public procurement regulations, insofar as they are not obligatory for legal reasons, is not associated with this.
