(1) Bestehen einer Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung und Erklärung, dass diese während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit aufrechterhalten wird. Hierzu wird eine Eigenerklärung mit Angabe der Deckungssummen gemäß Vordruck im Zulassungsformular gefordert, aufgrund der sich die Erfüllung der nachfolgend genannten Mindeststandards prüfen lässt.
