… contract signed. Participation documents can be submitted for the first time until 30.05.2025. In this case, the contract starts at the earliest on 01.07.2025. Subsequent accessions to this contract are possible during the term of each first month of the following month following the month of receipt of the signed contract and the required declarations or proofs. All contracts concluded under this Open House procedure end no later than 30 June 2029, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. The complete participation documents must be submitted in writing by post to IKK classic, FB Selective Contracts, Ms. Czech, PO Box 10 02 03 in 01072 Dresden and in advance electronically (as scan / digital via file import) via the message function of the allocation platform. In order to meet the deadline, the timely receipt of the completed and signed participation documents by the client as a scan / digital via file import via the message function of the allocation platform is sufficient; the original written contracts must be submitted immediately (in duplicate). If the day of submission falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. On receipt at a later date, the submitted participation documents will be taken into account as of the 1st of the following month. The last submission of the participation documents is possible until 31.05.2028.
