… as a regional association (§ 36 KVLG 1989), the KNAPPSCHAFT Regional Directorates Cottbus represented by the head office in Bochum, act as a regional association (§ 212(3) SGB V), as well as the replacement funds the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), the BARMER, the DAK - Gesundheit, the Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH, the HEK - Hanseatic Health Fund, the Handelskrankenkasse (hkk), Bremen intend to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies pursuant to § 130a(8) SGB V for parenteral preparations of finished medicinal products manufactured in pharmacies in the oncology for immediate medical application in the Berlin region. The AOK Northeast. The health insurance company is authorized to conclude these discount agreements, to terminate them and to take other actions necessary in the context of the open house procedure. The clients offer all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below the conclusion of identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possible start date is 01.08.2026, all contracts end on 30.04.2027. The offer must be submitted at the beginning of the contract by 01.08.2026 at the latest by 21.06.2026. A contract can be concluded at any time during this term, but at the latest on 21.02.2027. The contracts can be terminated with a notice period of eight weeks to the end of the month. Upon the entry into force of a rebate agreement for medicinal products with the active substance subject to the contract for the Berlin region concluded by means of a nationwide or country-specific, open procedure, the open-house agreements shall automatically cease to apply for the corresponding period. A contract is concluded with all interested pharmaceutical companies who prove their suitability by means of a completed and signed self-declaration of reliability. The pharmaceutical entrepreneur must submit the completed and signed contract (the signatory's right of representation must be derived from the extract from the commercial register, otherwise a power of attorney must be submitted) together with the completed file "OHV _8c _Berlin _Determination _[active substance name] _PZN" and the completed and signed self-declaration of reliability.
