… procurement will be covered in the following areas: • Preparation of risk assessment in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance • Establishment of black and white areas including personal and material locks, if necessary • Foreclosure of work areas and establishment of necessary dust protection and vacuum maintenance measures • Provision and use of the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) • Professional dismantling, packaging, transport and disposal of components containing asbestos • Cleaning of work areas including fine cleaning and visual inspection after completion of work • Presentation of the necessary disposal and verification documents in accordance with the applicable waste legislation • Release or free measurement of work areas if this is part of the scope of services • Cross-trade design and coordination: Ventilation technology, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, masonry work, plastering work, painting work After completion of the work, the work areas must be cleaned and handed over in proper condition. The service also includes the complete documentation of the work carried out, including proof of testing, disposal and installation. There is a possibility that works on listed buildings may also be required.
