In this context, the Contracting Entity shall obtain, by optimising maintenance and operating costs, an increase in the lifetime of the installations. By purchasing Hot Rolled Metallurgical Products - lot 4: Steel plates are aimed at: - Ensuring the continuity of the public service of thermal energy supply in a centralized system in the Municipality of Bucharest; - Reducing the loss of thermal energy and water; - Compliance with the compliance obligations to which the company subscribes. The products to be delivered must comply with the requirements imposed by the Specifications. It is proposed to conclude a framework agreement with a duration of 12 months. The products to be delivered must comply with the requirements imposed by the Specification. Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 172(1) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the deadline for any interested economic operator to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. C. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting entity mentions that it will respond only to requests for clarifications made by economic operators by the established deadline.
