Neubau Luftfrachthalle GEB 510, Luftfrachtfläche 2, Cargo City Süd mit Büroanteil und Außenanlagen / Generalunternehmerleistung Neubau Luftfrachthalle GEB 510, Luftfrachtfläche 2, Cargo City Süd mit Büroanteil und Außenanlagen / Generalunternehmerleistung Neubau Luftfrachthalle GEB 510, Luftfrachtfläche 2, Cargo City Süd mit Büroanteil und Außenanlagen / Generalunternehmerleistung Für den weiteren Ausbau der Luftfrachtkapazitäten am Flughafen Frankfurt soll auf einer Teilfläche der Luftfrachtfläche 2 (Grundstück 17.000 qm), im Flughafen-Betriebsbereich der CargoCity Süd eine Luftfracht-Logistikhalle (insgesamt rd. 7.560 qm) mit zugehörigen Büro- und Sozialflächen (u.a. auf einer Mezzaninebene mit rd. 1.390 qm) und Außenanlagen (u.a. befestigte Tiefhöfe, eine Zu- und Ausfahrt und PKW/LKW-Stellplätze mit rd. 6.050 qm) realisiert werden. Die Realisierung des Generalunternehmerleistung erfolgt zwischen Q2/2027 und Q3/2028. Die funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung zur Realisierung des Gebäudes basiert im Wesentlichen auf der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung. Gegenstand des Generalunternehmer-Auftrags sind alle weiteren Planungs,- Bau- und Anschlussleistungen bis zur vollständigen Abnahme, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation des Gebäudes sowie der dazugehörigen befestigten und unbefestigten Außenanlagen. Darüber hinaus ist auf dem Dach des Gebäudes eine Photovoltaikanlage zu errichten. Auf dem Grundstück herrscht weitestgehend Baufreiheit. In kleineren Teilbereichen sind Kampfmittelsondierungen erforderlich. Das Grundstück ist weitestgehend eben, von Baumbewuchs beräumt und über Betriebsstraßen der Cargo City Süd zugänglich. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 3. Quartal 2028
