The “Wertungssumme” is derived from the recalculated offer totals including any unconditional discounts, effects of a potential Lohngleitklausel and Instandhaltungsangebote where applicable.
Nebenangebote are generally only admissible if section 6.2 in 211 is activated; where permitted, they must be fully described, quantitatively and qualitatively equivalent to the specified performance, broken down by quantities and unit prices, and comply with minimum requirements; otherwise they are excluded from evaluation.

There are strict obligations under labour law and the Brandenburgisches Vergabegesetz (minimum wage currently 13.00 EUR; federal minimum wage 13.90 EUR from 01.01.2026), including extensive documentation and sample inspections of wage and salary payments; violations can trigger contractual penalties (1 % of the contract sum per proven case, up to 5 % / max. 250,000 EUR) and temporary exclusion (Auftragssperre) from public contracts.
Subcontractors and labour leasing firms must sign identical minimum-wage agreements; the bidder must declare planned subcontracted parts in form 233 and, on request, name the subcontractors and prove their suitability / prequalification.
The offer binding period ends 08.01.2027, electronic submission via Vergabemarktplatz Brandenburg is mandatory (communication only via platform; offers via email or messages area lead to exclusion), and questions to the tender documents must be submitted by 18.11.2026.
