Die Arbeiten finden statt im Rahmen von Sanierungarbeiten des 4-Klassen-Pavillons der Janusz-Korczak-Schule (Grundschule) in 63674 Altenstadt und sind im laufenden Schulbetrieb durchführen, dabei ist jederzeit auf schulorganisatorische Belange und Personen Rücksicht zu nehmen. Im Einzelnen sind folgende Arbeiten zu verrichten, Kick-Off in der 49. KW 2026: Elektro- und Blitzschutzarbeiten mit Beleuchtungsanlagen (LED-System), Elektrische Einbauteile und Verdrahtungen, Vorschaltgeräte, Montage und Wartung, Potentialausgleich und Gebäude-Blitzschutz, Installation und (EDV-)Verkabelung. Genaue Anforderungen und Mengen s. LV. Beginn Rohinstallation KW 4/2027, Ausführungsende vorraussichtlich KW 16/2027 (s. Terminplan Gewerk).
