What the buyer is looking for
The Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (UWWTD), which entered into force on 1 January 2025, requires Member States to draw up integrated urban waste water management plans for agglomerations of 100 000 p.e. and above. In addition, integrated urban waste water management plans must also be drawn up for agglomerations of between 10 000 p.e. and 100 000 p.e. that meet the criteria set out in the Directive. It is necessary to identify which agglomerations of between 10 000 p.e. and 100 000 p.e. are required to draw up integrated urban waste water management plans and to develop planning requirements that take into account the minimum content requirements set out in the Annex to the Directive and the existence of existing national sectoral plans. / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See the tender documents
