The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the Specification of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws No. of Laws 2026, item 524, as amended), technical documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), target traffic organization, bill of quantities of works as well as other documents developed for the purposes of this contract and applicable regulations and standards, construction art, principles of modern technical knowledge ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions, including for road users. 6. Where reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(b) CTMR; 1 point 2 and paras. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party accepts solutions equivalent to those described. 7. If in the documentation describing the subject of the contract (i.e. in projects, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, lists, forms) the names of manufacturers, patents, brands, trademarks, or technical approvals, standards, technical specifications or reference systems, the Ordering Party allows the offer of solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the technical, quality and functional parameters are maintained at the same level or better than indicated in the documentation and do not lead to a change in technology.
