Required warranty period: Required warranty period for the construction works carried out and the materials used - mi-nimum 36 months - maximum 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the works The contracting authority informs that the length of the guarantee is a criterion for selecting the most advantageous tender with a weighting of 40%. The contractor who proposes the longest warranty period but not longer than 60 months will receive a maximum of 40 points, while the contractor who proposes the required warranty period (36 months) will receive 0 points. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow different warranty and guarantee periods (the warranty and guarantee period is to be the same). Warranty and quality guarantee periods are a criterion for the evaluation of tenders 7. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. Point 1(7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Law
