… engraving, execution of excavations and embankments, preparation and compaction of the substrate and export and management of demolition materials; 3) construction and surface of carriageways, inclusions in existing roads, intersections, including elevated intersections, individual and public exits, parking spaces, stands for people with disabilities, curbs, resistors, edging and edge sewage - in accordance with the final design documentation; 4) construction or reconstruction of pedestrian roads, bicycle roads and pedestrian-bicycle routes, along with curb lowers, ramps, warning and directional surfaces and solutions ensuring accessibility for people with special needs; 5) execution of road drainage, including rainwater drainage, ducts and sewers, street drains, wells, capstones, integration into the existing network, earth and restoration works and required tests and examinations; 6) performance of street lighting with foundations, poles, booms, luminaires, cables, casing pipes, power supply, grounding, security and accessories, as well as performance of required electrical and photometric measurements; 7) removal of all collisions of the planned works with the existing underground and above-ground infrastructure and elements of land development, to the extent resulting from the documentation, conditions of gestors and collisions that can be determined when exercising due diligence; depending on the needs: protection, height adjustment, conversion, gearing or replacement of equipment; 8. complete vertical and horizontal markings and road safety devices, in accordance with the new approved design of the permanent traffic organization, including the installation of signs, plates, supporting structures, foundations, BRD devices and the dismantling or removal of outdated markings; 9) execution of all target horizontal markings within the investment in thick-layer technology, including lines, symbols, areas excluded from traffic, marking of parking spaces and pedestrian crossings; the materials used must ensure the required visibility, retro-reflectiveness, durability and anti-slip performance in accordance with regulations, approved design and STWiORB; 10) renewal and execution of marking of a horizontal pedestrian crossing at ul. ks. W. Wróblewskiego 1c, in thick-layer technology, with substrate preparation and removal of outdated marking; the final location, geometry and marking of the gangway shall correspond to the new approved design of the permanent traffic organisation; 11) development of a new project for the permanent organization of traffic for the entire range of investments, including ul. Wegnera, connector to ul. Janowiecka and ul. Wróblewski, obtaining the required opinions and approvals, introducing the approved organization of traffic in the field and providing the Ordering Party with documents confirming its introduction; 12) execution of greenery, sparkling, grass sowing, planting and assembly of elements of small architecture - to the extent provided for in the design documentation; 13) height adjustment
