… including: • 1) execution of earthworks, including soil clearance to a depth of at least 35 cm and removal of humus; • 2) execution of base layers: separation and filtration geotextile at least 200 g/m2, sand layer at least 15 cm and broken aggregate substructure at least 0-31,5 mm at least 15 cm, together with the required density; • 3) laying a double layer of PE film of at least 0.2 mm and making a monolithic reinforced concrete plate with dimensions of 10.40 m × 19.00 m (197.60 m2), thickness of at least 10 cm, made of concrete of at least C16/20, with antispasmodic reinforcement; • 4) making a smooth, mechanically blurred and impregnated surface of the board, with a drop of 0.5-0.8% and a flatness deviation of not more than 2 mm under the 2 m patch; • 5) making free-standing illumination of the area: 2 steel, galvanized masts 6 m high, mounted on prefabricated alloys/ballast elements or otherwise in accordance with the PFU, together with LED floodlights; 6) making a power line from the switchgear of the main sports hall / school, IP65 control cabinet, security, astronomical and twilight control with manual mode and protective grounding. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical parameters, material and performance requirements as well as requirements for documentation and acceptance are set out in the Functional-Use Programme (PFU), constituting Annex 5 to the ToR. Concrete slab and lighting are the preparation of the terrain for the synthetic surface of the ice rink and perimeter bands. The supply and installation of a synthetic ice rink surface and bands, as well as the supply of a storage facility and access mats, are not covered by this contract and will be carried out under a separate procedure.
