… will buy the remaining timber from the felling of trees from the Ordering Party by making a payment for the value of the wood raw material, estimated by the Appraiser at the request of the District Road Administration in Żywiec. The payment should be made to the indicated bank account on the basis of the VAT invoice received. The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the TS, taking into account the Contractor’s obligations arising from the tender. 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the services in accordance with the ST, taking into account the Contractor's obligations resulting from the tender submitted in the procedure. 6. The Contracting Authority also stipulates that the quantities given in the annexes to the ToR described in point 2 above are estimates, which is why these quantities may change, depending on the actual needs arising during the term of the contract. The service will be performed up to the amount provided for the implementation of the order. 7. The contracting authority does not indicate the activities related to the performance of the contract that will be performed by persons employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship.
