… item 1214, as amended), and on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 22 September 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 816), as well as the guidelines of the Governor of Mazovia on specialist care services for people with mental disorders, which were published on the website of the Voivodeship Office in Warsaw. Specialist care services are designed for: 1. adults with the disorders listed in Article 3(1) of the Act on the Protection of Mental Health: mentally ill (showing psychotic disorders); mentally handicapped; persons exhibiting other serious mental disturbances which, according to the state of medical knowledge, are classified as mental disorders and that person requires such a form of assistance and care necessary for living in a family or social environment,
