After felling the trees, the Contractor will be obliged to purchase wood on the terms set out in the POZ and PPU. The purchase of timber will take place at the prices applicable in the District Road Administration, in accordance with the price list attached as Annex 2 to the CIP and in the amount confirmed by protocol by the representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.
