Provision of postal and courier services for the City Hall in Jasło

… on the complaint of the postal service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 474), e) international postal regulations as well as in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 29 April 2013 on the conditions for the provision of universal services by the designated operator (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2020, item 1026), (f) Act of 18 November 2020 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1045 as amended) g) other legal acts related to the provision of the services subject to the proceedings. 3. Postal parcels, which are the subject of the order, are letters and postal parcels of the weight and dimensions specified for universal services. 4. The Contractor is obliged to provide parcel delivery services to every address indicated by the Ordering Party in Poland and abroad in accordance with the agreements concluded with the World Postal Union. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that during the performance of the contract, the Contractor has a transmitting and receiving facility in Jasło, open on all working days, including afternoon hours. A prerequisite is to have one point in each municipality in Poland. The possession of additional facilities in the City of Jasło will be additionally scored – a criterion for the evaluation of tenders. 6. The infrastructure of the facilities/receiving points should ensure the protection of shipments against unauthorized access and the security of personal data and correspondence. 7. The post office located in the premises where other economic activities are carried out must have a separate stand for customer service in the field of postal services, marked in a visible way with the name with the Contractor's logo. 8. In the facility, the customer must be able to enter the room, it is not allowed to provide customer service through an external window, it is unacceptable to provide customer service in an facility that at the same time trades in items intended for people from 18 years, e.g. alcohol, cigarettes. 9. Shipments will be sent by the Ordering Party in an orderly state together with a quantitative statement in the case of unregistered shipments and a statement detailing the addressees in the case of registered shipments. The lists will be drawn up in two copies – one copy for the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. 10. Properly prepared consignments will be accepted by the Contractor each working day at the post office, confirming receipt with a stamp, signature and date on the copy of the statements, specifying the sending number of the consignment in each posting item. 11. Shipments covered by the subject of the order will be sent on the day of their receipt. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of postponing the shipment to the next day or the first working day after a non-working day, in the case of justified objections regarding the received shipments (e.g. lack of a full address, incorrect packaging, lack of fee marks) and the inability to explain them with the representative of the Ordering Party on the same day. 12.
