Dąbrowskiego 1 – 1351 m2; 6) trimming of shrubs, hedges and shrub growths, including biomass exports, twice a year – April-June 2027, September-November 2027. 2. The Contractor will perform the works related to the execution of the subject of the contract according to the needs of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the contract concluded with Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej "TBS" w Częstochowie Sp. z o.o., on the basis of orders issued by the Operation Branches, containing the scope of works necessary to perform together with the area covered by the contract. Watch out! Before submitting a tender, the Contractor may carry out an inspection of the sites, in agreement with the relevant Operations Branch. The addresses and telephone numbers of the headquarters of the Operations Branches are attached as Annex 9 to the ToR. 3. The trees to be felled described in point IV.1.1 of the ToR included trees included in the decisions issued and felling resulting from an urgent need on the part of the contracting authority. 4. The estimated scope of work indicated in the tender estimate attached as Annex 8 to the tender specification is an estimate and serves to determine the price offered by the Contractor in the tender form. The expected scope of work may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the specific scope of services, and if they are not performed, it will reduce the remuneration of the Contractor accordingly. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor the performance of: 1) minimum 60% of the contract for felling trees with export, 2) minimum 60% of the contract for felling trees with branch export, 3) 100% of the contract for mowing and raking lawns with export of cut grass and branches, 4) 90% of the contract for planting, 5) 100% of the contract for trimming greens/squares, 6) minimum 60% of the contract for trimming shrubs, hedges and shrub growths with export twice a year – April-June 2027, September-November 2027. 5. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence and under the conditions laid down in the tender specifications, in particular: 1) in terms of tree felling, i.e.: felling of trees, cutting of branches, gathering of wood and branches, loading on means of transport and removal, removal of windbreaks and shelters
