NOTE - The Contracting Authority requires that the person drafting the draft decisions at his own expense report once a week at the Contracting Authority's headquarters in order to consult the work carried out with the Contracting Authority and possibly correct the draft decisions. 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the model contract, which is an annex to the ToR. 7. The order is not divided into lots. It is a contract with a low contract value below the ‘Union’ thresholds. The conditions of the procedure and the description of the subject of the contract do not hinder the possibility of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises. 8. The planned number of draft decisions on the establishment of building conditions, draft decisions on the location of public purpose investments and their changes is estimated and may change. The value of the remuneration for the entire subject of the contract will be determined in an amount not higher than the amount of funds provided in the budget for this purpose.
