… basket, g) undertaking intervention activities reported by the Ordering Party and the Municipal Guard, referred to in paragraph. 2 lit. b Detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 7 to the ToR), h) transport, at least two vehicles with a total weight not exceeding 3.5 tonnes and transfer of collected municipal waste for management in accordance with applicable law. i) maintaining the aesthetic appearance of street baskets in accordance with para. 4 Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 7 to the ToR), j) keeping the baskets in proper technical condition, in accordance with para. 5 Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 7 to the tender specifications), k) informing the contracting authority of any events affecting the performance of the service in accordance with the provisions of the contract. l) Street baskets are located in pedestrian areas, including sidewalks and squares, bus stops and parking lots in the road lanes of municipal roads in the city of Świdnica. The detailed location of the baskets, their number and frequency of emptying are set out in Annex 8 to the ToR. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 7 to the ToR. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR. VII. The Ordering Party shall perform the order within the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
