… in the period of 12 months from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; c) development of the system, through the performance by the Contractor of developmental care of the system consisting in introducing at the request of the Ordering Party during the operation of the system development changes, expansion of modules and subsequent modifications of the system, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.; d) preparation, implementation and implementation of the mechanism for feeding the Common Database of the Central IT System (CST2021) with data from the JTF Monitoring System in accordance with the complex concept after the contracting authority commissioned the work. 5.2. In accordance with Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of using additional services under the ‘right of option’ described in Chapter 38 of the ToR. 5.3. Detailed requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR Description of the subject-matter of the contract, and the terms of performance of the contract are included in the model of the essential provisions of the contract, constituting Annexes 10 to the ToR.
