The Contracting Authority points out that this form of performance of the task would also result in an increase in both organisational and financial costs on the part of the Contracting Authority. The implementation of individual sections may allow for the re-use of photos and recordings already taken – in the case of the implementation of the contract by ten contractors, each entity would act independently, which would prevent the optimization of the method of taking shots and thus affect the number of entities to which the entrance to the construction site should be made available during the implementation of the works.
