… Curatorial Court Service and the Second Team of the Curatorial Court Service are located in the Court building at the following address: ul. Warszawska 28, 82-100 Nowy Dwór Gdański. 3.2. Detailed requirements regarding the scope and principles of providing services are set out in Volume II of the Terms of Reference (description of the subject of the contract, OPZ). 3.3. Detailed provisions on the conditions for performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the model contract – Volume III of the tender specifications (model contract). 3.4.
